I was scared to even ask for help because I thought I’d be told everything I was doing wrong but the HealZeal team made me feel normal like I wasn’t broken and I’m actually starting to feel hopeful again

To those who wanted to lose weight, be on track and get a healthy food meal plan, i suggest dont rely on what you see or read online as it is not safe and yet to be proven. Seek help. Things I did and not just I found a coach but they treated me as family. Happy to be with them, thanks
